ACCUiN Cancer Companion Diagnostic (CDx) Test

ACCUonMe Disease Risk Assessment Tests

ACCUiN Cancer Companion Diagnostic Test is an advanced molecular testing tool that incorporates multiplex PCR and next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. It has been specifically developed to identify somatic mutations in various types of solid tumors and malignant tissues, including lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).

By utilizing ACCUiN Cancer Companion Diagnostic Test, healthcare professionals can simultaneously detect gene variants such as single nucleotide variants (SNV), insertion variants, deletion variants, and insertion/deletion variants (INDELs) in several critical genes associated with cancer, namely ALK, BRAF, EGFR, ERBB2, ESR1, GNAS, KIT, KRAS, MET, NRAS, PDGFRA, PIK3CA, and ROS1.

With its comprehensive analysis capabilities, ACCUiN Cancer Companion Diagnostic Test plays a crucial role in supporting cancer patients by providing valuable information for treatment management. By accurately identifying specific gene mutations, healthcare providers can make informed decisions regarding personalized treatment strategies, ensuring patients receive the most effective therapies based on their unique genetic profiles.

The ACCUonMe Disease Risk Assessment Tests are designed to determine individual susceptibility to various diseases. These tests can assess the risk of diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL), cardiovascular diseases, hereditary thrombophilia, folate metabolism deficiency, caffeine metabolism deficiency, primary lactose intolerance, alcohol intolerance, gluten/wheat intolerance, and ankylosing spondylitis.

ACCUonMe Disease Risk Assessment Tests utilize simple oral mucosal self-sampling, with the collected samples being sent to the testing center. Advanced molecular biology techniques are employed to analyze the samples, providing individuals with a clear understanding of their disease risk and enabling them to plan their own health management.
