Chiline SmartMed Infusion System

The Chiline CATCH® CTC AutoProcessor is a fully automated circulating tumor cell (CTC) detection system. The technician simply needs to input a 2 ml mixture of the whole blood sample, reagents, and consumables into the equipment. With just one click of a button, CTC enrichment can be completed. The system will generate a report after the test.

Highlighted features include:

1. Negative selection: With this method, most blood cells in the whole blood will be excluded, leaving all types of circulating tumor cells in the sample.

2. Modules integration: Modules include cell enrichment, immunostaining, automated counting, AI-assisted cell identification, and report delivery.

3. Full automation: The entire process is fully automated, starting from sample placement to report delivery. This significantly reduces labor costs, eliminates human errors, and ensures high reproducibility.

4. Customization: The system can be connected to hospital information systems (HIS) and provide customized reports.

The Chiline Multifunction Physiological Measurement System goes beyond the traditional design of home use vital sign monitors, redefining personal health monitoring devices.

This portable and functional product has a modern design. It integrates the following:

1.Blood Pressure Monitor: Its unique features include detecting atrial fibrillation (AFib) and cuff positioning and movement alert.

2.Blood Glucose/Total Cholesterol/Uric Acid Monitoring System: To measure each of the three indicators, the users only need to switch to the corresponding test strip. This device provides auto calibration with no manual coding required.

3.ECG Recorder: The device can record between 30 seconds and 24 hours. Discomfort during recording can be entered manually. Result analyses are available immediately after recording.

4.Heart Rate Variability Analyzer (HRV): With this device, an individual's heart rate variability can easily be measured, revealing underlying issues with the autonomic nervous system.

5.Pulse Oximeter Monitoring System (with or without respiratory monitoring): This system is capable of single or continuous SpO2/respiratory monitoring, perfusion index (PI) detection, and oxygen desaturation index (ODI) detection.

6.Three-Way Smart Thermometer: The three modes are ear, forehead, and continuous body temperature measurement.

7.Uroflowmeter: This meter measures the volume of urine released from the body, as well as urine flow rate and voiding time, to evaluate if there is an enlarged prostate.

All these medical devices are stacked into one product. With the integration of healthcare IoT, the health of individuals can be closely monitored by healthcare professionals. This medical-grade physiological measurement product provides accurate results. Furthermore, through cloud storage and the sharing feature, physiological conditions can be recorded and shared anytime to monitor health.

The SmartMed Infusion System comprises a SmartMed infusion pump, a SmartMed SmartNet System Software, and a SmartMed infusion set.

1.The SmartMed infusion pump weighs only 2.3 kg; nursing staff can easily carry and operate the device. The device uses a peristaltic pump that gives a precise amount of fluid at any selected rate between 0.1 and 1500ml/h.

2.The SmartMed SmartNet System Software can automatically compare four pieces of information, including doctor's order, medication, patient's name, and pharmacopeia, to avoid human errors. Meanwhile, data such as infusion status and abnormal alerts are automatically sent to the nurses' station to ensure an accurate and timely response. Each step of the infusion process will be recorded and saved to the Nursing Information System (NIS) immediately.

3.The SmartMed infusion set is a one-piece chemotherapy infusion set that has met the standards for handling 11 hazardous drugs. The domestically-made needleless sealing technology can avoid leakage of harmful medications and ensure infusion safety.
